Currently, I’m working with iCIMS, where I contribute to building a mobile-first, conversational AI hiring platform focused on making frontline hiring faster, simpler, multilingual, and more inclusive.
I’ve completed my Master’s in Product Design & Management from IIIT Hyderabad, which strengthened my foundation in product strategy, design thinking, and execution. Over the years, I’ve worked across product development, integrations, analytics, databases, and cross-functional collaboration—helping me bridge business, technology, and user needs.
I enjoy building products at the intersection of AI, product innovation, and human-centered design. Outside of work, I like engaging with product communities, exploring new ideas, and solving problems that push me to think and build better.
MAD^PM started as a side geek project. (In Making)
As a product person, I kept wondering — what does the entire Product Management universe actually look like? There are skills, tools, frameworks, domains, roles, and different paths to grow, but most of it is scattered across different places. I wanted to bring that bigger picture together in a simple, visual way.
I built MAD^PM to help product people explore this universe, understand where they currently stand, and discover what they could learn next. The idea is not just to create another learning platform, but to make Product Management feel more connected — from learning a skill, to using a tool, solving a problem, building something, and eventually proving what you can do.
The bigger vision is to build a living universe for Product people. It will keep evolving as I learn, build, experiment, and hear from other product folks. Honestly, I’m still figuring it out as I go — and that’s what makes MAD^PM exciting for me. It’s something I’m building because I genuinely enjoy Product, technology, and creating things that might be useful to someone else.

In this product teardown, we analyze the full Workforce Software product suite, covering Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Leave Management, Payroll, Compliance, and Analytics. The evaluation explores product positioning, target users, core workflows, feature depth, customer feedback, and competitive benchmarking. We identify key gaps and market alignment challenges, highlight opportunities for suite-wide improvement, and propose strategic enhancements with measurable business impact. The goal is to outline how Workforce Software can strengthen adoption, improve ROI, and sharpen its competitive edge across the workforce management landscape.

Design Thinking in Action: Tackling "Why Are People Late?
For my Design Thinking course project, I chose to dive in with a hands-on approach by exploring a problem many of us encounter daily: Why are people late? Driven by curiosity and a desire to understand the underlying causes, I embarked on a journey through the stages of design thinking, applying various processes, frameworks, and tools to develop a meaningful solution.
Starting with empathy, I conducted interviews and gathered insights on the factors that make people struggle with time management. I uncovered surprising layers: the interplay of habits, distractions, and even stress. Next, I synthesized the data, framing key insights that would shape the ideation phase.
Through brainstorming sessions and creative exercises, I explored potential solutions, testing and refining ideas that could realistically help people be on time. The final proposal incorporated practical, user-friendly strategies tailored to address common obstacles. This project not only deepened my understanding of design thinking but also showed me the power of thoughtful solutions to make an impact in everyday life.
Building RORR: A Sustainable Electric Segway for Campus Commute
As part of a product design workshop course, my team and I were tasked with building an electric Segway to make campus commuting more fun while promoting sustainability. With no prior knowledge in mechanics, electrical engineering, electronics, or software, the project pushed us to integrate multiple domains of expertise and build a product from the ground up.
We named our Segway "ROARR" and adopted rapid prototyping to bring our vision to life. Over the course of three months, we worked through iterations, testing, & refining the design to ensure the Segway was functional and efficient. I took ownership of the mechanical aspects (Lean Steering Mechanism) of the project, ensuring that the product's lifecycle was carefully monitored and all deliverables were met.
As the team leader, my role was to coordinate the efforts, keep the project on track, and ensure the Segway was ready within the specified time. The project not only taught me the value of cross-disciplinary collaboration but also gave me hands-on experience in managing a complex product development process from concept to execution.
Top 10 Finalist in Google Hackathon at ISB: Empowering Farmers with Data-Driven Mobile Solutions
In the Google Hackathon at ISB, my team and I were challenged to design a mobile app that leverages Android capabilities to support small and marginal farmers in enhancing their ROI and making informed, strategic decisions.
To tackle this challenge, we began with extensive research, diving into articles, white papers, and industry reports to fully understand the unique obstacles faced by farmers in rural areas. Armed with this knowledge, we developed a data-driven mobile app that offered real-time insights on weather patterns, market prices, and crop management tips—empowering farmers to make better, more informed decisions.
By combining data analytics with user-friendly mobile technology, our solution aimed to boost farm productivity, profitability, and sustainability. Out of 162+ teams, we were proud to be recognized as one of the top 10 finalists. This experience underscored the transformative potential of technology to drive real-world impact, particularly in the agricultural sector.
Boosting Engagement and Retention with PrepAI
In response to a significant decline in engagement and retention among early-career job seekers (0-3 years experience) over a three-month period, I identified a unique opportunity to enhance user engagement and recurring job applications on our platform.
Through in-depth primary and secondary research, I uncovered critical pain points that hindered new job seekers from applying to multiple roles. Using these insights, I developed PrepAI, a comprehensive product that serves as a go-to resource for job seekers, providing tailored tools to help them better understand job requirements, prepare for interviews, and remain actively engaged.
Since its launch, PrepAI has led to a notable increase in user retention and recurring job applications, helping early-experience job seekers become more proactive and engaged throughout their job search journey.
Comprehensive Competitive Analysis of 90+ Job Portals
While working with Foundit’s APAC and Gulf product teams, I spearheaded a systematically designed market analysis of over 90 global job portals, delving into the job seeker experience across both mobile and web platforms. My goal was to uncover actionable insights that would strengthen our competitive position in the SEA and APAC regions and directly contribute to enhancing key product metrics for various teams. Collaborating closely with multiple product PODs—each focusing on their unique quarterly roadmaps in areas like search, recommendations, growth, and user engagement—I tailored the research to support each team’s metric-driven objectives.
Through a meticulous examination of user flows and feature sets in these portals, I gathered detailed data on user interactions and performed an apple-to-apple comparison of each feature. The resulting comprehensive report became an essential resource for product managers, providing inspiration and a clear roadmap for feature prioritization and enhancements. This document empowered each product POD to make data-backed decisions that aligned with their targeted metrics, ultimately driving improvements in product quality and delivering significant value to our users.
High-Level Design: White-Label Skill Assessment Platform for Foundit (DRAFT)
In creating Skillyst, a skill assessment platform integrated within Foundit’s interface, my goal was to quickly bring a robust, user-friendly solution to market. I collaborated closely with engineering to design the high-level architecture, ensuring that we could offer a seamless experience within Foundit’s ecosystem.
During this process, I conducted a detailed evaluation of multiple assessment platforms, assessing capabilities, available public APIs, SDKs, and potential integration pathways. I performed an in-depth comparison of each option, analyzing features, pricing, and customization potential. Ultimately, I selected the most compatible platform based on our needs and worked with engineering to make the necessary adjustments.
Through our collaborative efforts, we successfully developed and launched Skillyst in just five months, delivering a streamlined assessment system that was simple for users and enhanced Foundit's product offering.
Trailblazer Award Winner FY 2022-23: Driving Successful Product Launch and User Growth
As an Associate Product Manager, I was honored to receive the Trailblazer Award for the fiscal year 2022-23, a recognition that highlighted my role in successfully launching a product on time and achieving over 1.5 lakh active users within just 90 days.
I was responsible for ensuring that the product launch adhered to the timeline and subsequently focused on meeting the user growth targets. I meticulously monitored the product's health and analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Collaboration was key to our success. I worked closely with nearly every team—engineering, design, marketing, and more—to keep everyone aligned with our goals and ensure the product’s smooth launch. It was incredibly rewarding to see all teams come together, stick to the plan, and ultimately achieve a collective win. This experience reinforced my passion for driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering impactful results.
